"Less trust, more truth." [...] I have a particular meaning of trust that’s essentially faith. It's the belief that something will happen, that the world will work in a certain way, without any real evidence or rational arguments as to why it will do that. So we want less of that, and we want more truth—which what I really mean is a greater reason to believe that our expectations will be met. [...] Yes and no. I think trust in itself is actually just a bad thing all around. Trust implies that you are you're placing some sort of authority in somebody else, or in some organization, and they will be able to use this authority in some arbitrary way. As soon as it becomes credible trust, it's not really trust anymore. There is a mechanism, a rationale, an argument, a logical mechanism—whatever— but in my mind, it's not trust.

[[Trust]] may stand here for a type of [[model]], based on [[Law]], present in [[Karatani Kōjin]]'s [[Mode B]].
-
This may be formulated as:
-
"[[Sovereign]]s conceive [[trust]]. [[Object]]s conceive [[truth]]".
- which is a possible definition of how [[objects conceive other objects in capitalism]].

"[[Sovereign]]s conceive [[trust]]. [[Object]]s conceive [[truth]]".

This may be formulated as:

[[Truth]] here is an ocurrence of [[Slavoj Žižek]]'s [[subject supposed to believe]].
- The [[subjective]] effect of uncritically allowing [[objects to conceive other objects for us]] is [[interpassivity]].

We [[believe that other people believe]] [[money]] has [[value]]

this is a cause for
- [[objects conceive other objects in capitalism]].
-
By [[believing that people believe]] [[money]] has [[exchange value]], we replace "[[trust]]" with "[[truth]]".
-
By simply assuming such belief from other people, we never question if [[commodification]] is really the best way to organize our [[economy]] and our [[societies]].
- [[Trust]] implies the possibility of [[doubt]]. [[Truth]] does not.
- Quote [[Gabriel Tupinambá]]'s passage on [[The desire of psychoanalysis]] about this.
